Jessica Payne has been a certified personal trainer with the National Strength & Conditioning Association since 2011. She also holds a certification as a Level 1 TRX Instructor. Prior to entering into the Wellness Industry, Jessica spent 12 years as a Police Officer and Sergeant with the Grand Rapids Police Department.
Jessica enjoys working with clients from a variety of fitness levels and those who have varying fitness goals. She has helped guide clients through weight loss journeys, worked with clients who are competitive athletes, and everyone in between. Believing nobody is ever too young or too old for a healthier lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise, Jessica has worked with clients as young as 9 and as old as 78!
When not working with clients, Jessica enjoys gardening, cooking, yoga, strength training, swimming and spending time with friends. Jessica is married to Eric and they have two children; Olivia and Zachary.
Kristin Johnson is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in High Intensity Strength Training. She partners with clients to reach their strength and nutritional goals. In addition to physical changes, her clients often find that the benefits of working with Kristin continue long after they leave the weight room. Kristin offers nutritional counseling, private, semi-private, and virtual training.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University. I have been competing in different Powerlifting Federations for over 4 years. By using strength techniques I strive to maximize your results so you can stay motivated to become a better you.
Stuart Orr-Reek, Co-Owner and Co-Founder
Stu has been a strength coach since 1997 and engrossed in strength and conditioning since 1990. He holds certifications as a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist from the CHEK Institute. He specializes in High Intensity Strength Training, guiding a wide array of athletes and individuals, ranging from 11 years old up to 90 years old. As a former competitor, he also holds interest in strongman, powerlifting and feats of strength. Stu offers a no frills, focused approach to strength and conditioning with a look at intensity, progression and rep execution.
